Before Getting Started
If your organization has been approved to use zconnect.io you are ready to get started!
Choose your Zoom Account
Before getting started you'll want to make sure you know what Zoom account you want to connect with zconnect.io. Courts manage their Zoom accounts differently so whichever Zoom account you want to use is entirely up to you. Here are a few things to consider.
zconnect.io will create a daily recurring Zoom meeting on the Zoom account you choose to connect with
The Zoom account you choose will be the only account that has access to the zconnect.io control panel
The zconnect.io registration page will be linked to the Zoom account and the Zoom meeting(s) that are created
The zconnect.io registration page link is unique and will belong to the Zoom account you choose to connect to. This registration page link will never change.
Important: The Zoom account that you choose should be a licensed Zoom account. Currently, we only support licensed Zoom accounts. zconnect.io will set up Zoom meetings that require Zoom registration to be enabled and Zoom registration requires host users to be licensed.
Getting Started
Once you've identified the Zoom account you want to proceed with, head over to app.zconnect.io, and click the "Log in with Zoom" button.
Log in with your Zoom Credentials
Next, you'll want to log in with the Zoom account you've chosen in the previous step. Sign in to Zoom with the Zoom account's email and password.
Authorize zconnect.io to access your Zoom account
You need to authorize the zconnect.io application to access your Zoom account. We need access to your Zoom account to be able to manage Zoom meetings and for the app to receive participant and meeting activity to properly update the control panel.
Successful Setup 🎉
After you authorize the application, you should be redirected back to the zconnect.io app where you should see a "signed in successfully" notice. At this time, you should also be able to see the Meeting ID and your unique zconnect.io registration link.
Your zconnect.io account has been set up successfully.
