zconnect.io simplifies the process for courts who organized their daily docket by creating multiple meetings at different times and inviting participants to those separate meetings. Using zconnect.io you longer need to create multiple meetings. Instead of creating multiple meetings, you share the one registration link, associated with the one meeting that zconnect.io creates for you at account creation. Then you simply add your unique registration link to your invite process.

If you email invites, simply note the time in the message that the participant should arrive at court at the appointed time using the unique registration link.

If you use calendar invites, simply send the invite the way you normally would, only use the unique registration link instead of meeting info.

For hard copy mail invites, simply note the time in the message that the participant should arrive at court at the appointed time and add the unique registration link as the location.

Anytime a participant uses the link to access the registration process, they will be directed to the waiting room for the one meeting associated with the registration page/link. It doesn't matter if they are early or late. They are always placed in the waiting room and will await your actions on them.
